Notes

General
  1. Ashe's Volley (W) is heavily nerfed (it is 16 sec cooldown at max rank!) - meaning even with 50% haste, you will get ~8 sec cooldown on W.
  2. Ashe's Volley (W) nerf makes this build not really optimal to play. You can still play it and be somewhat successful, but it will not be as fun as before.
  3. Right now, a much better (and fun) way of playing Ashe is just to go auto-attack builds like meta ADC builds, or even Bruiser or Tank.

How to play

General
  1. Imperial Mandate Ashe build. Used to be one of the most annoying builds out there.
  2. Imperial Mandate is changed, now you need your team to proc it to deal any damage. So you need to play a little bit differently. Do not spam mindlessly. Try coordinating it with your team - when they are about to poke or when they go in.
  3. Usually rush Imperial Mandate #1, unless your team will not be able to proc it reliably. If so, then rush Liandry's Torment. Follow up with the other item (Liandry's/Imperial), then Muramana/The Collector. That is your core build.
  4. You can have really good utility with Horizon Focus (revealing enemies).
  5. You can counter extremely well shields and healing by rushing Serpent's Fang/Morellonomicon (works with Liandry's Torment DOT).
  6. Poke from distance and play safe.

Tips and Tricks

General
  1. Want to push enemy turret quickly? Prepare your Ranger's Focus (Q), stack it on minions and use it on turret, to take it fast.
  2. Casting Ranger's Focus (Q) resets your auto attack!
  3. Hawkshot (E) is a powerful cooldown in ARAM, do not waste it, keep it either for fights (so no brushes side stepping) or when you want to catch enemy.
  4. You can score kills for your team with Hawkshot (E). Just wait for a good moment, when enemy in the brush overextending trying to poke.
Riot
  1. Try to fire Enchanted Crystal Arrow in the same direction enemies are moving, so it is more likely to hit.
  2. Volley arrows are blocked by the first enemy they hit, so keep your distance to avoid having them all absorbed by enemy frontliners.
  3. Hawkshot reveals units in brush. If a team fight is occuring in the jungle it can give you a significant advantage.
