How it works

General
  1. This is a specialization of regular Lethality Jhin build that is all about big ults and ulting very often, thanks to Axiom Arc.
  2. You build Attack Damage and Lethality to boost damage from your abilities.
  3. You rush Axiom Arc to reduce cooldown of your ultimate, so you can use it more often.
  4. You try to make the most of your First Strike procs to earn gold and deal damage.
  5. The easier version of this build is to take Dark Harvest instead of First Strike.

How to play

General
  1. Build Axiom Arc first, then follow up with Lethality and AD items.
  2. If you have mana problems, buy Tear of the Goddess. That should be enough to go through early and mid game. You can sell it later or buy Muramana.
  3. It is okay to not buy boots, or to sell them in the late game. Use 6th slot for more Lethality! You are covered with Ghost.
  4. Since 14.1 Boots become even more optional, since you can get Youmuu's Ghostblade!
  5. Wait for First Strike and proc it with your combo, to deal damage and earn gold.
  6. Be careful to not get poked, because you waste First Strike procs.
  7. With this build, your primary source of damage is going to be abilities. Use Q and W!
  8. Auto attack and count! Even with AD and Lethality items, your autoattacks are quite powerful. Every 4th shot is basically execute, that scales off with enemy missing health.
  9. You can rush Axiom Arc if you want to make this build ult-centric!

Tips and Tricks

General
  1. Your fourth shot is powerful execute. Early on, save Jhin 4th shot for harass or even kill.
  2. Before using Ultimate, you can place traps before you, so enemies will have a hard time getting to you in time.
  3. Simple combo: place trap and wait for the enemy to come, then W him, this way he takes tons of damage.
  4. Harder combo: traps stack, you can place multiple in one spot and wait for an enemy with W.
  5. You can use traps for bush control. You can also use them to annoy enemy team - when enemies are under turret, put traps in minions weaves to trigger them, or behind turret.
  6. Slow enemy push by placing traps on the minions' path.
  7. Do not wait for 'special moment' and just use R on the enemy team when possible!
Riot
  1. Deadly Flourish has incredible range. When approaching a fight be sure to look ahead for enemies that could be rooted.
  2. Your ultimate deals significantly less damage to enemies with full health. Look to pick off weakened targets as they run away.
  3. You can still cast your spells while reloading. Use them to fill the down time.
