Support Taric build with runes and items. Support Taric guide offers in-depth how-to play, skill order and tips. Play Support Taric build in League of Legends Patch 25.05!
Identify your role within the team (engage, peel, frontline)
If your team needs engage, go Trailblazer and Shurelya's Battlesong
If your team needs peel, go Knight's Vow and Locket of the Iron Solari.
Knight's Vow is a surprisingly good item. Buy it and use it if you have carry or bruiser/fighter who is doing well.
You need to adapt your items to the game. Enemy team heavy on AP? Buy MR. They heavy on AD? Buy Armor. You need some damage? Well buy that.
Be careful to not waste Aftershock. Try timing it and keeping it for going in.
Tips and Tricks
Champion
Do not wait for 'special' moment with your Cosmic Radiance (R)! You feel that fight is about to happen, use it early.
You can use your Cosmic Radiance (R) to team fight (combined with Dazzle (E) and just going in) or to scare off enemies or to dive under turret.
You have good engaging tools - E and R. Use it!
Always keep auto attacking, whenever possible. Your Bravado (Passive) provides good damage and reduces cooldowns of your basic abilities!
Riot
The cooldown reducing component of Bravado makes Cooldown Reduction items like Frozen Heart, Iceborn Gauntlet, and Spirit Visage exceptionally powerful on Taric.
Using Starlight's Touch at lower charges makes its healing less Mana efficient, but can greatly increase Taric's sustained damage via Bravado.
Rather than saving Cosmic Radiance for the last moment and risking someone dying during the delay, it can be more beneficial to cast it as soon as you know a teamfight is guaranteed to start.
